Your choice of colors inside and outside. Standard exterior is 50 year Hardipanel™. It carries a limited 50 year manufacturer's warranty against rot and termites. Available in a stucco finish that can be painted your choice of color. Or you can get it smooth and paint giant stick figures on it to advertise that this is a fun place. Few communities would permit you to erect a 50 foot sign but this is okay. Everyone in the area will know you have an exciting day care center.

Steps to your day care center

What I need from you. Take several pictures of the lot where you want your day care center built and e-mail them to me. Take one from across the street so I can see the type of access to the day care center. Show other buildings that may be nearby. Show any irregularities in the land. I will send you a site plan. My pledge to you is that I will do everything necessary to make this project run smoothly. Also I will give you the lowest possible price, a price that will be significantly lower than any other construction methods and lower than any other modular manufacturer could touch. 6. You will need "sealed" architectural drawings to get financing and permitting. Order them at this point. They are $1.50 a square foot and the cost is applied to your total contract so it is not an extra expense. Order them from me. |
